Tell us your boat’s name and type, its length, beam and draft (and weight, if you know it), the dates you would like to haul out and go back in the water, and the work you need done. We will then confirm a slot and send you a quote for your boat.

Hardstand is charged per foot of boat length per day, and the daily rate goes down the longer you stay and the further in advance you pay. Slip in / slip out is charged per foot. The current rates are in the price list above.

Often, yes. The price list shows our standard rates, but the final price depends on your boat, how long it stays and how much work we do on it - the more work you give us, the better the rate we can offer (for example, short-term hardstand can come down to MYR 1.00 per foot per day*). Langkawi lies outside the typhoon belt - it doesn’t get tropical cyclones - which is why many cruisers leave their boats here for months at a time. Our yard is close to the island’s main customs port and is clean and quiet.

Yes. We order from suppliers such as Port Supply and West Marine, with international delivery taking about a week. Langkawi is also a duty-free island, which helps keep the cost of parts down.

Many boats haul out during the south-west monsoon (roughly May to October) and cruise in the calmer north-east monsoon from October to April. We work all year round, so book early for the busiest months.

Yachts clear in and out at Kuah, visiting the Harbour Master, Customs and Immigration in that order. There are no clearance fees during normal working hours. Rules change from time to time, so check the latest requirements before you arrive.
